Monday 27th. Due to a bleak sounding weather forecast and low demand, Monday's flying was scrubbed on Sunday but in the event, the forecast heavy and frequent showers didn't materialise, although it was wet between 0300 and 0700 hrs with 12.2 mm falling locally. The daylight hours were characterised by a moderate SSW'ly and broken cloud suggesting that flying might have been possible depending on the state of the airfield.
