Saturday 26th. The active front that had brought 12.7 mm of rain on Friday was still in place and deposited another 13.5 mm of rain on Saturday before moving off to leave clear skies late afternoon. Some of the the duty team and a few members who turned up for briefing compensated for a non-flying day by watching England beat New Zealand in the semi finals of the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
