Wednesday 30th. A southwards travelling cold front brought low cloud, rain, sleet and snow as a moderate N'ly blew, this veering into the NE as much colder air arrived. Consequently, there was no flying.
Thursday 31st. The cold front had departed to the south leaving the site under a significant covering of snow as the following photos show. Frequent, and at times, heavy snow showers were blown in on a moderate/moderate to fresh N'ly and while there was no flying, the snow soon melted as the Sun got to work even though the temperature only staggered into mid single figures.
